Professional installation
Our licensed contractor pulls every required permit and installs the system. You pay nothing before the system is running. Most single-family installs take one day.

Enjoy fixed payments
Your monthly payment is locked for the full term — 3, 5, or 8 years. At the end you can buy the system for the pre-agreed buyout, renew, or we remove it.
What you'll need to sign
Have these ready for a smooth underwriting process.
- Valid state-issued photo ID
- Social Security number (for the credit check)
- A bank account in your name (verified free — used for optional autopay)
- Proof you hold title to your home (your deed)
Your protections
- 3-business-day right to cancel. If a salesperson solicited you in person, you can cancel within 3 business days for a full refund.
- Consumer Leasing Act disclosures. You'll receive federally required disclosures — total of payments, term, and all fees — before you sign.
- Permits pulled by our licensed contractor. We pull every required permit. This preserves your access to the Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor Guaranty Fund.
- No lien on your home. We file an equipment-only UCC-1 covering the mini-split hardware itself — not a mortgage or property lien.
